Fulcrum Legal is a sole-practitioner firm in Figtree, founded by solicitor Tibor Csapo to offer the depth of experience of a large Wollongong firm with the personal service of a local solicitor.

The story

Why Fulcrum Legal exists

Fulcrum Legal was established by Tibor Csapo after more than ten years working within a large Wollongong law firm. During that time Tibor advised clients across a wide range of family, property and estate matters — and saw, again and again, that the people who most needed a solicitor were the ones who could least afford the cost and rigidity of a big-firm structure.

Fulcrum Legal was founded to deliver something larger firms often can’t: a personal relationship with your solicitor, flexible appointment times that fit around your life, and genuinely cost-effective fees.

Tibor is a Collaborative Professional (NSW) and is listed with ADR Australia as an accredited dispute resolver — meaning he can help clients reach fair outcomes without the stress and expense of court proceedings wherever possible. Whether you need help buying your first home, updating your Will, navigating a separation, or resolving a dispute, Fulcrum Legal offers practical, plain-English advice you can act on.

    You deal directly with Tibor — not a paralegal or junior. Your matter gets the attention of an experienced solicitor from start to finish.

  • Flexible & accessible

    Standard hours are Monday–Friday 10am–6pm, with after-hours, in-home and workplace appointments available across the Illawarra.

  • Court is the last resort

    As a Collaborative Professional and accredited dispute resolver, Tibor works to resolve matters fairly and cost-effectively wherever possible.

Fulcrum Legal’s office is at 72 Princes Highway, Figtree. Tibor regularly meets clients at their home or workplace across the Illawarra region for those who need a more flexible arrangement.
